Requirements:
· Experience in leading performance testing team onsite and offshore
· Experience leading 4-6 projects E2E Projects simultaneously
· Strong knowledge of performance engineering concepts
· Proficient in analyzing performance test results and working with technical teams to resolve bottlenecks
· Experience with mobile technology a plus
· Communication is important since needs to talk to portfolio and architects
· Analytical skill required
· Agile experience
· Hands on/ scripting experience in Loadrunner, Jmeter
· Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
