of the underlying architecture in Oracle is a must.

Performance tuning
Exposure to Exadata
Client facing
Analytical: Candidates must be able to troubleshoot and put effort
into solving issues on their own before involving more senior BOFA
resources.
Job Orchestration tools: Apache Airflow is where BOFA is going but
working in other orchestration tools will suffice.
