Required experience:
3+ years’ experience in the following:
· Support and troubleshooting enterprise SQL and NoSQL databases
· Performing Level 2 triage and troubleshooting activities
· Executing on approved requests and changes
· Implementing backup and recovery procedures
· Monitoring database performance and provide recommendations
· Write stored procedures and perform ad-hoc queries
· Assist developers with designing and deploying databases
On call to support operations in case of issues
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and enhancements of all enterprise databases. The resource will be part of a managed services team in the client's Technology Operations Center performing Level 2 triage and troubleshooting activities, in addition to executing on approved requests and changes.
