Job Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple MQ/ IBM Integration Bus/ IBM ACE 11.0 or 12.0 based integration applications.
  • Manage day to day Incident management, service requests, problem management tickets and enhancements/ projects
  • Monitoring daily and weekly batch jobs and responding to application alerts.
  • Coordinating with different stakeholders involved in project – Business, customer IT Leads, customer IT teams
  • Interacting with business users, Coordination of customer Business team with Atos team for functional and technical aspects
  • Designing, architecting, coding, testing, deployment activities and support of integration projects using MQ and IBM Integration Bus.
  • Estimate, recommend, plan, and execute implementation of IBM MQ and  IBM Integration Bus / IBM ACE
  • Working on Application Enhancement.
  • Keeping project documents / technical documents updated and approved
  • Administration activities such as maintenance of different integration environments like development, staging and production
     

Skill Requirements:

  • IBM MQ v7.5 and above (Mandatory, Certifications preferred)
  • IBM Integration Bus 10 and above (Mandatory, Certifications preferred)
  • IBM API Connect (for upcoming projects)
  • Hands-on ESQL development (Mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience working with large scale database (Mandatory, Oracle Database preferred)
  • Core Java and JEE knowledge (Mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience in developing web services and Web services security (Mandatory)
  • IBM Data power knowledge (Preferred)
  • Basic understanding of TWS (Tivoli work load scheduler) (Preferred)
  • Hands-on Unix / Linux shell programming (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot using a variety of resources
  • US Automobile industry domain knowledge (Preferred)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, self-learner, independent, detail oriented, and a responsible team player
  • The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Understanding of Support project life cycle
     

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in the above mentioned technical areas
  • Prior experience of working in Application Support and very good knowledge of Application support processes
  • Prior experience of working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
