JD: • At least 3+ years of experience in Linux Administration | • Extensive knowledge of Linux operating systems RedHat, CentOS, Linux shells and standard utilities, and common Linux security tools | • Perform security remediation and resolve vulnerabilities or issues detected in an application or infrastructure | • Scan and analyse applications with automated tools, and perform manual testing if necessary | • Reduce risk by analysing the root cause of issues, their impact, and required corrective actions | • Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations, and network hardware | • Knowledge on Yum, rpms, Satellite server | • Basic knowledge on any of Big data ecosystem HDFS, YARN, Hive, Spark, HBase and Kafka. | • Certification on RHCE and HDPCA/CCA would be a plus |
