Job Description :
Enhanced Knowledge in Salesforce Administration Dataloader, Workbench and Toad experience Able to understand flows and able to understand the code in APEX, Lightning Components and Aura.
SOQL, Oracle.
Enhanced Knowledge in Salesforce security, Configuration, App exchange and maintenance of apps.
C360 (Salesforce Support) Project Responsibilities:
Providing support to Business Users with issues/access and other data related issues within the Salesforce application.
Working with Dataloader, Toad, Workbench and handling SOQL queries and debugging flows and code in Salesforce.
Engaging with other teams like Data flow jobs between multiple systems and ensuring data flow into Salesforce. Communicate with Business in case of issues and work internally to rectify those issues.
Handling of C360 Queue (EST hours).
Handle all business cases, Enquiries, Data update request by internal team.
Handling rejects happened with multiple data flows (MDM, ICM, Maverick ) daily to make sure no data is lost.
Taking care of releases happening twice every month ( more in case any other new apps are developed), and All the admin configurations and data updates
