Require 5-8 year relevant experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services *
Individuals in the Business Analysis job function (Product Design & Engineering job family) serve as a bridge between technology teams and the business and focus on analyzing, documenting, and validating business needs in relation to system functionality. Responsibilities include translating business needs into functional system requirements; mapping existing system capabilities to business requirements; understanding current and future state system functionality and how the business leverages technology and key data points to meet its needs; and, as needed, supporting strategy definition, defining goals and requirements for programs and projects, and supporting continuous improvement in technology and processes
