JOB DESCRIPTION :
Develop Test Strategy for the QA ecosystem- Ensure appropriate test planning activities and test case design
- Develop decision matrix that will guide the team to the type and level of testing required for a specific project
- Outline testing process that aligns with SDLM and identifies expected inputs and outputs
- Ensure the QA Team is staffed with the appropriate technical knowledge and skill sets
- Ensure that automation is developed for Regression, Smoke, Sanity and Performance Testing
- Develop appropriate reports that provides clear view of the status of all testing activities and key metrics
Experience, skills and qualifications required for the role:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Lead
- Knowledge of QA Best Practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Java or other programming language
- Experience with test automation tools
- Preferred test Certification:
- (Certified Test Engineer (CSTE); Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA); Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST); CMSQ (Certified Manager of Software Quality); ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board)
- Experience with reporting to leadership and storytelling
