Workday Supply Chain Project Systems Analysts

EPIC/Kronos Experience

The successful candidate will assist with systems analysis and design related activities for a new Workday Finance and Supply Chain implementation. Responsibilities include elicitation/analysis of the functional needs for integration and data conversion and development of functional blueprints, integration requirements, data mapping worksheets, integration design specs, and ETL specs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS College Degree Field of Study: Information Systems, Finance and Supply Chain domain knowledge Years of experience: 5 SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Strong and proven background in business analysis, systems analysis, requirements elicitation, requirements gathering, due-diligence, and impact assessment. Strong understanding and experience with Healthcare industry specific processes, applications, and platforms including EPIC and Kronos. Deep understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes and data models. Problem solving skills. Organizational skills with detail orientation. Highly effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to plan, manage, and drive business/systems analysis, due-diligence, road mapping, and delivery activities. Four years of related Experience.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES Prior experience with Workday Finance and/or Supply Chain. Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Jitterbit is desired. Familiarity with Workday’s built-in integration-platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) tools including Workday Cloud Connect, Workday Core Connectors, Workday Document Transformation (DT), Workday Studio, Workday Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), and web service APIs such as SOAP and REST to deliver data to a target system for processing and to consume data into Workday from third party systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Responsible for driving and conducting business/systems analysis and design related activities including. • Drive analysis and due-diligence in partnership with appropriate subject matter experts to understand overall change impact on EPIC, Kronos, and other such applications in the overall application ecosystem • Responsible for requirements gathering, design, and testing • Assume ownership of functional blueprint documents, requirement documents, and design specs • Work in partnership with the impacted application areas to ensure proper identification, prioritization, and implementation of the changes • Act as a single point of contact for the impacted application areas – responsible for liaising, coordinating, and monitoring activities • Escalate to appropriate Workday project and application area leads as needed to ensure timely resolution to any issues encountered • Provide close attention to detail to ensure clear articulation of functional needs, systems requirements, and design specs • Report progress to business and project managers in a timely manner
