Qualifications Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education At least 9 years of experience with Information Technology.
Proficiency in SQL server Database administration and access models.
Responsibilities:
Performs the competitive analysis of products and technologies under guidance IN ORDER TO provide input on the service offering and input on suitable customers for pursuits.
Collect the database inventory, corresponding applications, Application owner and the stakeholders for any client communication, roles, access models, complexity of the environment.
Review the plan with the customer and communicate the same with in the team for actual implementation. Provide solutions and ensure to perform all in scope activities and handover to the support team after warranty.
Preferred:
9-12+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator.
Strong knowledge in working with SQL Server administration and access models.
Experience on SQL database Administration including scripting for automation of maintenance tasks.
Hands-on experience of migrating database security model from legacy to cloud.
Enrolling new users and maintaining system security (Profiles), Roles, System and object Privileges.
Troubleshooting & administrating SQL server databases.
Own any database issues and should handle independently.
Knowledge and exposure to Cloud Integration concepts & fundamentals.
Knowledge on Technical architecture.
Experience with Databases (SQL Server, access model).
Ability to adapt quickly new technologies and create POC solutions for clients Should have experience working with onshore –offshore model.
