Daily Activities
· Collaborate with agile team in planning, estimating and committing to sprint QA activities
· Plan and review strategies to test features and stories with team
· Collaborate with POs and BAs to understand feature and story conditions of acceptance and gain sign-off of written test cases
· Create, estimate and update QA tasks during the sprint
· Coordinate with off-shore QA team members to hand-off work as needed, may require off-hours calls
· Demo completed features and stories to POs and business
· Clearly document system defects with repeatable steps to reproduce
· Re-test resolved defects by re-testing the original test case and related functionality
· Regression test previous sprint test cases to ensure new functionality isn’t impacting application quality
· Report on progress in daily scrum stand-ups, raising issues, risks and blocks quickly
· Actively participate in sprint retrospectives to improve team, agile and QA processes
· Ensure traceability throughout the QA process
Basic Requirements
· 3+ years of technical and quality leadership testing enterprise level software
· 3+ years of experience developing test plans and test strategies for enterprise level software
· Experience with Agile development methodologies
· Ability to work in a large, matrix environment
· Strong attention to detail and focus on root-cause analysis
· Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through past experience and results
· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
· Skilled at leading meetings and making presentations
· A great attitude
