Must have skill : Oracle Apps EBS Finance expertise is a Must
- experience related to Oracle technologies including Oracle R12 EBS, HFM in an IT configuration & support role.
- Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience with: Financial Close & Consolidation Cloud Service, Accounting Hub Cloud Service, General Ledger and Oracle Analytics Cloud report modules is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end GL & consolidation implementations interacting with functional leads, IT leads, etc. in the gathering of business requirements, performing gap analysis, designing solutions, completing systems configuration, preparing, and executing system training and testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to serve as point person for Client relationship is critical
- Financial Services industry experience is preferable
- Deep understanding of record to report business process cycle (Transactions, GL, Consolidations, Internal/External Reporting)
- Business unit configurations for global companies to support multiple ledgers (USGAAP, Local/IFRS, Reporting ledgers) across various regulatory & internal/external reporting requirements
- Knowledge in setup of consolidation rules both using the out-of-box & custom rules is preferred.
