Job Description: - 6 years of proficiency in MongoDB database management.
- Daily operations responsibilities include handling and serving as the mentor/team leader on the following items/activities:
- MongoDB DBA Deployment and Support
- As MongoDB DBA candidates should be able to provide solutions for application team requirements.
- Has to take care of installation, configure and deploy mongoDB databases.
- Good knowledge of Aggregation Framework, Indexing, Replication, Sharding and Server & Application Administration.
- Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements.
- Good knowledge of Mongodump, Mongorestore, Filesystem snapshots and MongoDB cloud manager or equivalent mechanism to restore and backup in other NoSQL databases.
- Hand on experience with CRUD Operations.
- Disk usage, CPU, Memory check Alerting
- Design, construct, install, test and maintain highly scalable data management systems
- Build high-performance algorithms, prototypes, predictive models and proof of concepts
- Develop data set processes for data modeling, mining and production
- Design and implement data ingestion techniques for real time and batch processes
- Install and update disaster recovery procedures
- Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality
- Ensure systems meet business requirements and industry practices
- Monitoring of Various issues related with Database,
- Monitoring at Server, Database, Collection Level, and Various Monitoring Tools related to MongoDB
- Upgrades (Mongo version, ..etc)
