5+ years of experience in gathering and authoring business requirements and solutions for large scale complex projects
5+ experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix type environment to achieve project deliverables required
Healthcare domain expertise or background working with Claims Operations teams
Strong oral and written communications and presentation skills, suitable for leadership level
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to a varied audience
Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
