JOB DESCRIPTION:
• 3-5 years ABAP experience
• Lead and support PS Dev team
• Work on Service task and monitor SLAs
• Support incidents and monitor SLAs
• Assign SCTASKs/Incidents to team members
• Update tracker and document analysis
• Monitor and review team members work and documentation
• Prioritize work tasks
• Support SAP ECC, CRM, GTS, SCM, HCM sap systems
• Support and monitor PI/PO production systems
• Support S/4 systems
• Meet with L2 on Incidents and troubleshooting production issues
• Prepare and Provide monthly reports to Abbott management
• Manage CHG requests for PO pwd updates
