Workday HCM Consultant
Mandatory:
• Minimum 3 Years experience in Workday
• Workday HCM Certified
• Minimum 6 Yrs experience in any HCM app – Oracle, SAP, Workday
• Workday Functional Areas – Global HCM, Onboarding
• Proficient in Business Process, Security Groups, Calculated Fields, Studio Integrations, EIB
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to coordinate with offshore team and ensure high quality deliverable
Preferred:
· Workday Implementation experience is a value add
