Detailed Job Description
• Experience in Managing managed deliveries for multiple projects with different technologies and acting as Single point of contact from Delivery Perspective
• Providing Regular status reports to client Stakeholders, Manage the customer expectations for the given engagement and Ensure End to end Delivery and Governance
• Focus on measuring Metrics and performance of Project Teams Service Improvement, Problem Management and Transformation activities
• Someone who has exposure working in offshore before coming onsite is preferred
• Experience working with Banking clients is preferred
Account Mining and Staffing:
• Should have experience identifying new project opportunities within current landscape
• Work with Practice /Solution teams to provide the Presales support
• Should have experiencing Staffing team and selecting the right team members for the project
Team Management:
• Should be a People Manager with right Attitude to manage and help team when needed.
• Manage the Attritions and New Onboardings efficiently
Operations Management :
• Ensuring the Compliance of Project as per Org Guidelines and KPI
• Management of all Org level Standards and procedures in timely manner as a part of Delivery Operations Management
Soft Skills:
• Proactive attitude
• Readiness to take challenges and run the Delivery with Startup mindset
