Job Description:
Cloud application architect - Must have experience/skill set- AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes etc
1. Hands-on experience with large scale, scalable, cloud application architecture and development leveraging AWS & Kubernetes.
2. Experience in developing state-of-the-art cloud solutions for global scalability, reliability, security, and performance
3. Experience working with open-source technologies, API, micro-services, cloud app monitoring services, Kafka streams. Knowledge of Databases integration with applications and DevOps Experience
4. Knowledge of Data and experience in working on cloud data platforms such as AWS native - Dynamo DB
5. Certification as an AWS Solutions Architect or OpenStack Administrator Certification
What you will be doing:
You will be hands-on designing and building our new cloud native application on AWS. You’ll be solving new challenges on a daily basis as we build out new Merchant Dispute platform with advanced capabilities to serve case-management, rules engine, API & realtime integration, analytics and reporting use cases.
• Build cloud native application with cloud data engineering tools (AWS, Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka)
• Experienced in JVM- Java/Scala/Python /bash
• Establish system observability with splunk. Experience with architecting and maintaining high availability production systems
• Work in tandem with a team of engineers, or alone as required.
• Craft and architect cloud applications in a global-scale environment. Identify system bottlenecks and recommend solutions
What you bring:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; Master’s degree a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in architecting & engineering on cloud native applications
• 8+ years of experience in developing state-of-the-art cloud solutions for scalability, reliability, security, and performance
• 8+ years of experience working with open-source technologies, database technologies, API, micro-services, cloud app monitoring services, Kafka streams
• Knowledge of Databases, DevOps Experience is a plus
