Job Description : - Roles & Responsibilities :
- Liaison with client on a daily basis to understand the regular and ad-hoc reporting and analytics needs. Collaborate with offshore team to get the deliverables created.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis. Identify areas of business growth within the account.
- Understand data needs, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, customer requirements and potential business implications
- Manage the end-to-end process set-up by applying best practices. Construct workflow
- Proven experience in prioritizing and delegating work to meet deadlines, objectives and quality metrics
- Drive decision making process amongst key stakeholders
- Develop customized analytical reports to cater to the client requests
- Ability to collaborate customer to understand business requirements and translate that in actionable plan
- Effectively communicate project details to clients and internal delivery team via written documents and presentations

- Must Have
- Experience in executing commercial pharma analytics projects (Hands on)
- Analytical thinker - Technically Sound (Good problem-solving abilities)
- Good Project Management Skills, Strong Communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Technical Skills : Good working Knowledge SQL (Snowflake) or R
- Data & Scenario Modeling experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate -Advance Level) – Excel & PowerPoint
- Good to have
- Data IKU & Alteryx Experience
- Working with secondary data sources such IQVIA, Symphony Health
- Sales Operations Experience in a Pharma company or a consulting first
