Job Description: Senior UI / UX developer consultant
Key Requirement of the position:
Strong hands-on HTML, CSS/SASS experience along with Jquery is a MUST. They will need to have a good eye for detail.
The selected Consultant will create wireframes and HTML, implement front-end framework, and work collaboratively with back-end developers to integrate the UI components with back-end API. Functions include:
• Software design, development, and the implementation of Ul/UX software projects.
• Working with client IT Leads to discuss, document, and test the functional process flows and improvements as they relate to the client website Redesign and related applications.
• Gathering requirements using Client IT standard methodologies.
• Ensuring quality by coordinating functional and user acceptance tests in a timely fashion.
• Working to bridge the gap of current and future state needs for the organization.
Required Technical Skills:
• Extensive experience, 7+ years developing web, social and other digital platforms ( HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JQuery, JavaScript, AJAX/JSTL) (Required)
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React native or ReactJs, Bootstrap or others (Required)
• Experience with Responsive design and/or Mobile design (Required)
• Ability to analyze, design, code, inspect, debug, and test the user interface (Required)
• Experience prototyping/wireframe rich interactions quickly with the focus on user experience (Required)
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash (Recommended)
• Experience in Java, AJAX, XML, HTTP, Web Services (REST/SOAP) (Required)
• Experience evaluating tools/frameworks to be implemented through UI interface (Nice to have)
• Working knowledge of Spring framework (Nice to have)
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS platforms (Nice to have)
