Direct experience as a business analyst in multiple cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes using process modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio and/or LucidChart.
Strong facilitation skills to elicit requirements from various personalities across the organization, including senior executives.
Proven experience driving consensus across multiple stakeholders from different business functions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, team members, and management.
Ability to understand technical jargon and communicate it in layman’s terms.
Flexible and adaptive, reacting to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently.
Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
Minimum 8 years business analysis work experience.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, JIRA preferred.
Nice to have Salesforce Administrative & Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certifications
Nice to have Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce User Experience (UX) Designer, Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certifications.
Experience in Mulesoft
Experience in Redshit
Experience in Einstein
Experience with SAFe Agile framework preferred.
Proficiency (minimal to no training needed) in PC software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows) required.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA or MS is preferred.
A focused degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, IT or Business-related field is preferred.
