We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the SalesForce.com system accordingly. Project specific responsibilities include performance of a gap analysis including identifying and documenting current state, business requirements, identifying if required changes are “development enhancement” or “configuration” changes; configure and document for backup/recovery procedures; create support documentation; confirm authentication model meets IT security requirements and address if necessary.
