POWERBI Developer
Publicis Sapient is looking for a Power BI Developer who will help set up and stabilize various reports and tools across capacity to enable digital business transformation.
Your Impact:
Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those
Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
Convert business requirements into technical specifications and determine timeline to completion
Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics
Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems
Redefine and make technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems
Create customize charts and custom calculations as per requirements
Design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions as per needs
Work with users and team members at all level for performance improvement and suggestions
Your Skills & Experience:
Working knowledge of how Tableau imports information and creates reports/visualizations so we can extract HOW a report is functionally intended to work
2-3 years of hands-on experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI (including setting up data flows),
Strong communication as the developer
Experience working in an Agile environment
Vast understanding of data, the ability to comprehend data, and interact & communicate well with the stakeholders
Should be able well versed in Pl/SQL: able to write queries, joins & filter data, importing & exporting
Hands-on Power BI on premise skills
Ability to think through end-to-end solution recommendations
Demonstrated experience in RLS security at DB & Power BI end
Demonstrated experience in DAX calculations, Power Query, Excels are add-on
Demonstrated experience in Drill down & Drill through
Familiarity/interest in complex reporting & Data Sciences in Power BI
Demonstrated experience in Report Level access & workspace management
Well versed with MS Products like SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
