Job Description:
Technical Oracle EBS team leader role with the following skills
• IT delivery leadership experience managing complex transformations and a portfolio of Oracle EBS Application programs/projects using outsourced, onshore and offshore delivery models
• Enterprise integration and solutions engineering experience across all Oracle EBS functional modules, namely, Supply Chain, finance, etc.
• Demonstrated expertise in Oracle EBS product Development, implementation, integration with other external systems such as Business intelligence, Trade Promotion Management etc.
• Working knowledge of Oracle databases and Oracle super-cluster environment (M7)
• Highly visible role to the business and required experience managing large technical team of Oracle EBS analysts, DBAs and application engineers while delivering excellent service, communication and engagement with business leads
• CPG Industry experience, particularly around managing independent distributors and DSD business models is preferred
• Experience in change management, problem management and incident management for support of ongoing production and non-production instanced of an existing Oracle environment
