Detailed Job Description:
• Leads the Manufacturing functional group for a site, understands the integration points with other functional groups
• Participate in knowledge transition from the Plant Implementation Team to understand plant specific requirements and solutions and plant personnel roles and training needs
• Leads the overall skills assessment related to Manufacturing, training document review, and supplementary job aid creation that may be needed for a site
• Assists in facilitation of UAT testing at site
• Works with detailed scheduling for Day 1 operations
• Assist on-site during physical inventory and cutover activities to ensure data is accurate
• Onsite for centrally located team responsible for user support post go live, as well as defect reporting and working with the build team on defect resolution
• Onsite shift coverage as necessary to ensure no gaps in coverage during operations
• 1 to 1 and group support during stabilization
• Provide on-call support as needed.
