Role: Project Manager
Experienced with monitoring & tracking the quality of the deliverables
Able to manage interaction & co-ordination with Stakeholders
Experience in Identifying and mitigating the risks. Track issues and action items
Able to work and co-ordination across teams and technologies to deliver end-to-end services where appropriate
Drive regular cadence between Managers and Business
Able to provide detailed assumption, estimation model based on the requirements shared by stake holders
Able to provide cost estimates for changes requests and risk mitigation plan for the project whenever it is required.
Project task assignment and delegate the tasks to appropriate teams.
Prepare project plans (Milestones, activities, dependencies, resources management and duration)
Track the status and provide the updates to stake holders on regular basis.
Coordinate plans and activities across stake holder groups to avoid the conflicts.
