Job Description:

·         At least 10 to 12 years of total IT experience with at least 5 to 6 years of experience on MS Dynamics.

·         Hands-on expertise and experience in all the features of MS Dynamics 2016.

·         Expertise in Unified Services Desk / CTI Integration.

·         Expertise and experience on .NET / SQL Server and C#.

·         Expertise and experience in integration of MS Dynamics with other applications using Web API  / Web Services.

·         Expertise and Experience in customization of all features of MS Dynamics including user interface.
