This will be Day 1 onsite in O Fallon MO we can give them a month for relocation once they are selected
Primary Skills: Someone with good monitoring skills and experienced in creating dashboards.
Splunk & Dynatrace along with Process Knowledge, Good Cloud exposure, Java , ITIL certified , Level 2 support exp, , PCI DSS , DR, Security Certificate , Soft Skills
Monitoring system performance and capacity
Dashboard creation and configuration
Maintaining documentation of all configurations and changes to the system
Performing basic troubleshooting when issues occurs
Analysing data in order to identify patterns, trends, or other useful information.
