Individuals with successful project management experience.
· Report to Senior Project Manager who will assign project work assignments and provide training.
· Under supervision and using provided templates, is able to draft requests for projects and associated documents.
· Ability to drive to other buildings to participate in site visits with ISU staff.
· Under supervision, assemble project documentation for purchase orders and payments, update spreadsheets with project progress.
· Ability to document meeting minutes and issues related to projects.
· Under supervision, answer phone calls and email from clients during business hours
· Under supervision, provide assistance to ISU staff to complete projects as needed
· Coordinate with vendors, agencies and DPMC to track project progress using project management software (such as Microsoft Project) and to develop project deliverable task list and generate Giant charts
· Alert Supervisors of slippage in project schedule and make recommendations to keep project on track
· Prepare close-out documentation and assist scheduling training for agencies
