Job DescriptionOrganizes, and facilitates cross-functional team contributors by leading the discovery process to capture and document the current state end-to-end HR processes to include; Hiring, Payroll, Terminations, Compensation, Benefits, as well as related data interchanges with Finance, IT, access security, and HRIS systems, etc. Create detailed MS Visio cross-functional process diagrams of the current state HR processes and controls, while also evaluating these existing processes for improvements and compliance. Should be comfortable facilitating process discovery sessions with all levels of the organization; to include Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) up to Senior Leaders and Control Owners of the various functions. Where required, may collect additional analytical data to identify root cause of problems that are discovered during the process mapping documentations. Will maintain a project backlog of all problems, improvements or needed adjustments that require further actions. May be asked to create, organize, facilitate, and deliver training programs based on the processes being mapped and the need to align global processes for compliance. Will be expected to communicate status, on a weekly basis, to show progress towards defined goals and tasks, as well as to highlight discovered opportunities and next steps on key processes. Requires 1-2 years of process mapping and documentation experience and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
