Requirements –
· Meet with clients to brainstorm ideas and understand business requirements
· Work closely with Solution Architects and Consultants to help design solutions and project plans to meet client needs
· Configure Rapid Response analytics and data model according to the functionality of the customer’s source systems (commonly known as MRP/ERP system) or implementing new analytics
· Resolve complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results
· Integrate and customize supply chain solutions to satisfy client-specific processes and business requirements
· Provide high levels of customer service
· Map, load and validate client data
2. Role : Salesforce Consultant
Location : Atlanta, GA
Requirements –
· Designing, developing, testing, documenting, and deploying high quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices.
· Building custom force.com applications.
· Integrating third party app exchange products.
· Creating custom objects, validation rules, workflows, process automation, reporting and dashboards.
· Participating in project meetings with other technical staff and business owners and subject matter experts.
· Auditing, documenting, and assisting in the correction of any issues identified.
· Implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce application.
· Providing technical support/assistance and coaching to other developers and users.
