Job Description:
· Create Test plans and test cases.
· Execution of test cases per defined test plans.
· Execution of test automation based on test automation plan.
· Communication with Google Test Engineers and project managers regarding bug submissions.
· Process management including bug submission, tracking and reporting to Google Test Engineers and/or team members.
· Conduct periodic meetings, cadence established based on mutual agreement, with Google Test Engineers and/or team members.
· Provide detailed reports to the test engineering team on identified bugs discovered and the results of any patches against those bugs.
· Provide detailed manual and automation test results to the test engineering team.
Minimum Requirements:
· 3+ years of testing experience in testing
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Mobile testing experience
· Knowledge in one of the following areas:
· WiFi testing
· Bluetooth testing
· Telephony/Modem testing
Optional Requirements:
· Knowledge of Java and Python
· Basic Python scripting experience
· Proactive in picking new tasks
· Flexible to work on different projects with variety of teams
· Team player with ability to work productively in a team as well as individually
