You demonstrate flexibility and versatility in meeting objectives and should be able to manage your workload and update management on task progress. You should already demonstrate progressing skills in building solutions and in optimizing and improving a client’s applications and systems.

• Qualification: Minimum 2 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Should have progressing skills in Package Configuration.
• Should have baseline skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management. 


Job Title: Windchill PLM - Developer
Relevant Experience 6-8 Years.
• Technical/Functional Skills - Must have hands-on experience working with Windchill PLM configuration and development
• Sound understanding of SQL
• Sound understanding of latest Windchill architecture, features, application interface framework. 
• Detailed exposure to PLM Concepts like Part Management, Document Management, Change Management, BoM Management and Configuration Management and developing workflows.
• Exposure to process integrators / integration middle-wares will be added advantage.
• Ability to redesign existing systems to upgraded version of Windchill PLM tool.
• Ability to assess the business problems and derive scope in terms of its technical implementation
• Ability to design scalable, reusable solution frameworks
• Ability to articulate solution ideas with absolute clarity, good communication and presentation skills
