Role Description: 10 years - Enterprise Platform & Solutions : SAP ERP Materials Management (MM)
- Scrum Development Team Member: Procurement and inbound supply chain
- SAP MM,WM,SRM,QM
- Should have understanding of the Organization structure for Materials Management, warehouse Management & Supplier relationship Management.
- Should be well versed with configuration related to Source To Pay processes like Purchase requisitions, Purchase Orders, Vendor Confirmations, Inbound deliveries, Goods receipts, Invoice
- verification- Standard Three-Way Match-4 way Match with QM module-Evaluated Receipt Settlements-Invoice variances-Blocking reasons for Invoices. Outline Agreement- Contracts-Schedule Agreements
- With and without SA Releases (Forecast or JIT Delivery Schedules) –Consolidated Output.
- Should be able to configure and set up Stock transport orders, Shipping point determination, route determination, Goods issue, Goods Receipts, Goods returns
- Ability to work in Automation Process like 3PL interfaces,10+2 process, Cross dock process, Idoc troubleshooting, Consignment, Subcontracting
- Should have a basic understanding of Freight Management in SAP, Shipment documents for Outbound and Inbounds documents, Transportation Planning Point, Route determination, Stages on
- Shipments, Transportation of shipments cost for Goods Receipts and Goods Issues, Shipment cost Settlements, Service Acceptance, Freight Invoices.
- Responsible and co-ordinate with Enterprise Data Management team with different master data setup activities like Material Master- Vendor Master- Purchasing Information Data -Batch Management
- Strong expertise in EDI, Idocs, Batch job setup, Number range setup and SQVI queries.
- Source List and Source Determination-Partner Functions- Conditions in Purchasing -Serial Number Data
- Ability to guide offshore resources globally and expedite their day to day activities and oversee the delevarables for the entire (Source To Pay) STP areas.
- Should have a strong experience in the WRICEF developments related to SAP MM, SAP LE, SAP SRM and SAP GTS, to troubleshoot, to design, to help them developed and bug-fix when comes.
- Familiar with Scrum Framework and Lean/Agile mindset is preferred.
- Should understand basic Quality Management module Quality Management-Quality Notifications-QM orders-QN tasks-Quality Inspection-Inspection Lot-Acceptance-Record QM Cost
- Should understand to the Basic Warehouse management functionality as end user and ability to troubleshoot RF transactions relevant to Goods receipts.
- Fair understanding of ITIL Processes and ability to delver the results within given time frame.
- Good Communication Skills, written and Verbal.
- Fair understanding of Global Trade Services version
- and later processes such as Customs Management, Compliance Management and Risk Management
- Fair understanding of Logistics Execution processes such as Shipping and Transportation, Handling Units and related outputs.
