Requirements:
8+ years of solid Oracle HCM expertise in both a Functional and Technical capacity
Expert level experience in Oracle HCM Payroll and Time (Kronos)
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Release 13 preferred
Recent Solution Architect experience within Oracle HCM; need someone who can make recommendations, educate client on various aspects of Oracle HCM, meet benchmarked standards and stakeholder expectations, assist business with defining "To-Be" organization, etc.
Ability to multi-task and handle various issues in a confident manner
Excellent communication and client-facing skills are required
Ability to come in and hit the ground running
LOCAL to the Atlanta area
Preferred:
Interest in a Contract-to-Hire scenario highly desired (but not required)
