The Studies Principals focus is to safely progress through the study phases of the clients Investment Process, capital projects that deliver shareholder value, lead and manage multiple IPS and be a point of contact for handover to the delivery teams.
This requires coordination from numerous functions within the business, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and accordance with the project delivery governance guidelines.
