Detailed JD:
Hands on UXM person with HTML/Visual Design. Should be working with Business team on prototyping/design and drive E2E project from UXM perspective
Build UX requirements and specifications: Prototyping / Wireframes / User stories
Create research-derived task flows and screen flows as mockups, wireframes, and prototypes in collaboration with user researchers, product managers, engineers, and UI developers.
Collaborate with user researchers, product managers, and others to intentionally design interactions based on user research results, business requirements, and common Cisco design standards.
Build prototypes from low-fidelity to high-fidelity (Experience with Sketch and InVision a plus)
Ensure all design artifacts are created on time
Presentation skills: Able to explain projects and User Centric Design practices to narrow and broad audiences
Project Plan: Work with PM to provide proper estimates for time of UE work
Balancing User Needs and compromises
Participate in Design Reviews
Define visual design based on branding and UI standards
Design QA (aka redline testing and review) and sanity checks on functionality
Support UI QA and UAT
Contribute to and make use of a UI component library; Identifying components to be reused and components to be built.
