Skills Required: Qualified Candidates will have:
• BA/BS degree or technical institute training;
• Developer Sr. position will require 8+ years of industry experience
• 3+ years in as a tech lead
• 5+ years of OOP and OOD with either C++, Java, or C#
• 3+ years of C# and .Net development
• Good understanding of web application security, user authentication and authorization
• Good understanding of network infrastructure
• Good understanding of DevOps
• Experienced resolving application performance issues
• Proficient in SQL and stored procedures with a major RDBMS (Sybase, MS SQL Server, or Oracle)
• Extensive experience with modern software design patterns, coding, and testing techniques
• Experienced with application integrations
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and capable of working with shifting priorities
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with members of other groups; work independently or as a part of a team
