Knowledge of Unix, Linux, Windows Admin, Apache and IIS

Knows Unix/Linux fundamentals (e.g., navigate the filesystem; comfortable on the command line)
• Nice to have: Korn/BASH shell scripting
• Tools: tc Server, Apache Web Server, Subversion, Nexus, Jenkins
• Understanding of Software Configuration Management (code promotion, code version control )
• Ability to troubleshoot (i.e., systematic thought processes to get to a resolution of a problem)
• Ability to “juggle” multiple projects
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to communicate to clients about status and ability to reach out to technical resources on the team when help is needed
