· DBA experience MS SQL.
· Should be able to logically approach and troubleshoot failures/issues
· Design/Develop Database Architecture and Application setup
· Capacity Planning and Management for storage utilization
· HA and DR setup
· Develop strategies and implement solutions for managing back-ups, restoration and replication
· Perform Impact Analysis
· DB Performance monitoring, analysis and tuning
· Baselines analysis
· Deployment Assistance and Troubleshooting
· Sizing and building lower environments
· Reports configuration and integration
· ETL configuration and Integration
· Recommending Purging and Partitioning
· Performs requirements analysis
· Installing, Configuring, Patching and Upgrading SQL Server
· Maintaining Source Control for Application
· Change management for DB changes
· Monitor, maintain database systems and troubleshoot problems that may arise
· Maintain data integrity and security ( Manage roles and permission of database users)
· Manage Production, QA and Development database environments
Soft Skills
· Must have strong communication skills
· Ability to understand the project needs and prioritize the work within project timelines
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
