Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce build and management The person will be responsible for documentation and analysis of project charter, business requirements, testing plan, test scripts and rollout plan. The BA should possess hands-on SFDC administration skills. He/She will work with different stakeholders – internal and external during the project lifecycle. A third party consulting firm will do development and this analyst will work closely with the implementation firm during all phases of the project. • Document business requirements in form of user stories and be able to distinguish between needs and wants. Identify gaps between business needs and standard CRM application functionality; design and document solutions that fill the gaps; and provide detailed business requirements specifications for Salesfore.com developers. • Create prototypes for application configuration and customization of CRM system/s (building screens, designing custom objects, developing workflows, etc.), including testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency • Prepare and document end to end data conversion requirements for mapping from company systems into CRM. Document the business logic for ETL run between company systems and SFDC. • Develop, document, and execute test plans to assess the integrity and accuracy of business processes, CRM module functionality setups and modifications, enhancements, customizations, and patches. • Develop and maintain business process documentation and consider compliance in all business process analysis and redesign activities. • Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues as required. • Evaluate and implement Salesforce AppExchange solutions and add-ons to enhance the CRM system/s. • Provide guidance for system/process workflow template development and data filtering criteria within CRM system/s. • Ensure consistency of CRM usage conventions, compliance with best practices, and integrity of data. • Provide oversight on mass data uploads into CRM system/s. • Follow new releases, patches, and system updates of CRM system/s. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of Salesforce.com implementation experience. Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups. Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Proven analytical skills. Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills. Solid problem solving skills as well as demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities. REQUIRED SKILLS: Salesforce Financial Cloud – Business Analysis skills, i.e. requirements drafting, documentation, elicitation skills, etc. • 10-12 year’s IT experience primarily in Financial Services • 5 years’ experience in Salesforce.com • 5 years’ experience as BA documenting requirements • Ability to capture, organize, analyze and document complex information in a concise manner • Excellent overall verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills • Familiarity with Pershing would be a plus • CRM/Salesforce.com certification preferred. • PMI/PMP certification preferred • Agile scrum master certification required • Proficient in MS Office (Project, Excel, Access, Word etc.) • Experience with database query tool _________________
