- Mural Experience
- Any Experience with cloud based SaaS products would be helpful.
- Experience with Mural admin /support and integration activities.
- Good to have Knowledge on Jira and Slack integration with Mural.
- Should be comfortable with Active Directory groups (to handle accesses)
- Handling access & permissions issues for users.
- Migrating data/materials between workspaces and users.
- Handling issues with Jira or Slack integrations.
- Excellent customer and communication skills.
