"Must Have:
· Minimum of 8+ years of software development experience in a large-scale organization.
· Strong experience in MicroStrategy suite of tools, preferably in version 10.00 or above.
· Experience in creating, publishing and supporting intelligent cubes, both OLAP & MTDI.
· Strong experience in creating data models and architecture in MicroStrategy with ability to work and support complex reports
· Ability to manage and train colleagues in most effectively utilizing MicroStrategy
· Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate fluently with technical and non-technical team members and clients
· Collaboration skills with capability to work with-in the team or as an individual on daily development tasks
· Experience in handling MicroStrategy deployment tasks
Useful:
· Good understanding of Data warehousing concepts.
· Experience in working on projects from scratch or in enhancement/support phase. Any experience of user centric/experience design would be a big plus.
· Ability to write technical/design documents and unit test cases.
· Hands-on with Agile/Scrum Methodology.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure out stuff)
· Well-versed with development best practices and well acquainted with latest developments in the BI world
· Any experience with other BI tools such as Business Objects is an added advantage.
· Any experience with creating/maintaining Autosys jobs, Shell scripting OR BO/MSTR SDK will be an added advantage.
