Skill and Role Summary:
Requirements: Responsible for:
1. Documenting marketing use cases in-consultation with Architect & key client stakeholders
2. Detailing out use cases in SR recommended template
3. Documenting key observations and gaps related to marketing use cases
4. Creating/updating marketing automation platform evaluation sheet
5. Supporting vendor evaluation and shortlisting
6. Ensuring JIRA and confluence remains up-to data
7. Working with scrum master for story backlog definition, populating details (story grooming) and keeping it up-to-date
Desired Skills
• General exposure to marketing platform evaluation & selection
• Experience with at least two marketing automation platform (such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAS Customer Intelligence, RedPoint Customer Engagement Hub etc.)
• Understands marketing activation needs and how data will support digital transformation
• Ability to work with the offshore team, Ability to work in GDD model
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic, action-oriented
