- More than 10 years of experience in production support along with software development or software integration projects
- Hands on experience on TIBCO BW, Administrator, Hawk, EMS, BE, SmartMapper, Substation, Transaction Manager
- A minimum of 4 years as a TIBCO administrator on Linux/Solaris platforms
- Expertise in Infrastructure technologies with hands-on experience in high availability cluster solutions using Redhat, Sun and Veritas with UNIX, LINUX Administration experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with customers directly.
- Requirement gathering/analysis/fitment, TIBCO suite of products(BW 5x/6x, EMS, Administrator, Adapters), SOAP, REST, HTTPS, SAP R/3, SAP BW
- Strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills; ability to provide hands-on technical support and analysis
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Passionate about learning new technologies
