Mandatory Skills:
· 5+ years of Process Validation experience is required;
· Specific hands-on experience with validating, qualifying, and/or using Pharmaceutical GMP Processes and equipment are required
· Experience working with systems users from different sites is required. Experience with international sites is highly desired.
· Pharma industry experience is must
· Excellent communication and written skills are required
· Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
· Experience as a project manager
· Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
· Proficiency in project management software tools
Preferred Skills:
· Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
Job Role:
· Apart from being involved in Process validation activities, he is also responsible for following:
· Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed
· Creates project plans& maintains project objectives
· Identifies and resolves issues and risks
· Monitors and reports on project progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
· Implements change practices
· Manages resources to make sure schedule is on track
· Lead meetings and set expectations for project team
· Maintain budget & Reporting on projects and portfolios
