- Should be good in ITSM and handle L1/L2/L3 tickets, should possess good inter personal skills and communication skills.
- Should be able to prioritize work items and raise risk at right time.
- should be preparing and present status report to the stakeholders periodically
- Should be able to track the team's deliverables and do offshore coordination effectively
- Should be good in managing tickets which involves multiple stakeholders including other vendors
- Should be able to coordinate training sessions during initial phase with client and other vendors
